Order Processing
At AMANYIA, we work hard to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. AMANYIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AMANYIA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
